Should you desire more information than is available on our website, please Request More Information and our Admissions Office will contact you. If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.
How to Apply
Our application is all online now and it provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, first Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a email verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your FACTS account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Please know that final enrollment packets can not be sent until all required forms are submitted to the school. You will need a birth certificate, a picture Social Security card, an up-to-date immunization form and a last or final report card (K5-12). These documents should be uploaded to the application.
*One issue we had last year was when parents did not wait on the email verification link. It should come quickly but maybe not immediately. Give it a few minutes and then if you don't get it, let us know and we will help.
A non-refundable fee of $40.00 must be submitted with each application. You can pay this in the office or online.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account through the school website. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
Once we receive and review your application, we will contact you to schedule a tour and an interview, if you have not already done so. Once you have applied and attended an interview, we will forward the enrollment packet to you.
